Back by popular demand! These NEW one hour led LEGO play sessions are designed to help young LEGO enthusiasts design and create their own LEGO masterpieces. (Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before each session to allow time for checking in. Participants will not be able to take their masterpieces home.)

Spaces are strictly limited. Bookings are essential and can be made via QTIX. Price INCLUDES admission.Children must be accompanied by an adult, who will need to pay admission.

LEGO Jewellery Craft Class
11.00 – 12.00pm, Tuesdays 20 & 27 September
Suitable for 10 years and over
Cost: $20 ($11 MyMuseum members)

Design and make your own jewellery using LEGO bricks. Choose to make 2 pieces – rings, earrings, hairclips, brooches, pendants or cufflinks. All materials supplied and participants will get to take their pieces home.

Towers of Tomorrow with LEGO® Bricks Construction Zone
Be inspired by this exhibition of skyscrapers and build your own architectural creation. Share your creation on the Museum’s Instagram and Facebook page using #mtqsnap for a chance to win a cool prize.

LEGO Minifigures Trail (Mark 2)

Did you find all the LEGO minifigures hidden around the Museum last holidays? Well, they are back and hiding in new places. Collect a trail sheet from the Knowledge Trolley, follow the clues and answer the questions for a chance to win a great LEGO book prize.

Loose-play LEGO
Indulge your love of LEGO in our play area. Test your skills with our daily LEGO construction challenges. (LEGO cannot be taken home.)

Make & Take Craft
9.30 – 4pm daily
Test your creativity with our take home craft including making a mask, creating your own paper minifigure, articulating a minifigure and colouring.

Little LEGO build space
This is a creative building play space with plenty of DUPLO for little LEGO fans. Suitable for children 1½ to 6 years. Adult supervision required.

Townsville LEGO Users Group Displays
Local LEGO enthusiasts, the Townsville LEGO Users Group, have created a number of impressive and detailed LEGO creations to celebrate the return of LEGO to Townsville.
